Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required, which can be a receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Mugs@muglys.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us at Mugs@muglys.com for further instructions.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow our return process to return the original item and then place a new order for the item you’d like.
